The MasterScanner XP series of MasterScanner includes the smallest and most inexpensive models of the MasterScanner. All MasterScanners will measure down to 1mm OD and 2.5mm ID (0.04in OD and 0.1in ID). The XP series of MasterScanner has maximum size ranges of 60mm, 100mm and 160mm (about 2, 4 and 6 inches), and scan lengths of either 25mm or 60mm (1in or 2.35in)

XP 6025
The MasterScanner XP6025 is the smallest MasterScanner available. This model will cover most companies that deal with smaller thread rings and plugs with thread lengths under 1 inch. This model cannot be upgraded to measure trapezoidal threads.

The MasterScanner XP6060 is the same as the XP6025, except it has a 60mm scan length. this addition allows for the scanning of longer gages and parts. This model can be upgraded to measure trapezoidal threads.

- Minimum ID measurement: 2.5mm (0.1in)

XP 10025
The MasterScanner XP10025 is the same as the XP6025, except it has a 100mm diameter capability. This allows for the scanning of larger gages and parts. This model cannot be upgraded to measure trapezoidal threads.

- Minimum ID measurement: 2.5mm (0.1in)
- Maximum ID measurement: 100mm (4in)

XP 10060
The MasterScanner XP10060 is the same as the XP6060, except it has a 100mm diameter capability. This allows for the scanning of larger gages and parts with a longer scan length than the XP10025. This model can be upgraded to measure trapezoidal threads.

XP 16060
The MasterScanner XP16060 is the largest MasterScanner of the XP series. With a diameter limitation of 160mm (6.3 in), most common gages can be scanned on this unit. The combination of diameter capability and scan length makes the XP16060 a solid choice for a calibration lab. This model can be upgraded to measure trapezoidal threads.
